UTair to lease 24 SSJ100 from VEB-Leasing

At the International Aviation and Space Salon -MAKS 2011- in Zhukovsky, a financial leasing agreement was signed between JSC VEB-Leasing, subsidiary of State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank), UTair airline and JSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft. According to the terms of the agreement JSC VEB-Leasing purchases 24 SSJ100 aircraft from JSC SCA and transfers them to UTair airline under conditions of long-term financial leasing. The transaction totals $760.8 million (list price).
