Aviall and Pentagon 2000 Software expand capabilities for online inventory procurement

Aviall, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, and Pentagon 2000 Software, a leading provider of enterprise MRO software, have expanded the functionality of their web services partnership by adding direct real-time access to price and availability information for Aviall’s extensive inventory. FBOs, MROs and other aviation and defense companies who have adopted the Pentagon 2000 system can now access price, quantity and delivery information seamlessly from within their Pentagon 2000SQL environment in order to better plan their purchasing and inventory management activities. This new feature complements the existing capability to issue electronic purchase orders and obtain order confirmation through the advanced web service interface.
