Embraer places one Phenom 100 Jet with CAE Global Academy Perth

Embraer has concluded the sale of a Phenom 100 entry-level jet to the CAE Global Academy Perth, Australia.  To be delivered by the end of 2011, this is the first Phenom 100 purchased by a flight training academy in Asia-Pacific. CAE Global Academy Perth, also known as China Southern West Australia Flying College, is a joint venture of China Southern Airlines and CAE. It is one of 11 CAE Global Academy campuses; the world’s largest network of ab-initio flight schools. CAE Global Academy Perth has also ordered a CAE 5000 Series Level D full-flight simulator (FFS) for the training program. This will be the first Phenom 100 FFS to be available in Asia-Pacific at an ab-initio flight school and is expected to be in operation by the end of 2012.
