Monarch Aircraft Engineering (MAEL) has signed a line maintenance technical handling agreement with Rossiya Airlines. The agreement will see MAEL to provide support to the Russian operator’s winter flights to Goa, India, on which they will operate Boeing 767-300 aircraft.
