Boeing’s Defense, Space & Security business has signed Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with two Brazilian companies: MSM Powertrain and Pan Metal Industria Metalurgica. The MOUs outline plans for each company to explore work opportunities with Boeing and its industry partners in the following areas:
- MSM: logistics services, ground support equipment, engineering support
- Pan Metal: assembly, subsystem installation, machined parts, processing, heat treatment.
“These companies are recognized for their experience in the aerospace industry,” said Susan Colegrove, regional director of International Strategic Partnerships for Boeing Defense, Space & Security. “Boeing looks forward to developing opportunities that will bring best-value solutions to our customers and support regional economic development objectives for expanded opportunities in the aerospace industry and other sectors.”
