Avinco and ICON Capital arrange lease placement of three A340s to Aerolineas

Aerolineas Argentinas has leased three 1996 vintage Airbus A340-300s from two investment funds managed ICON Capital Corp. The aircraft were most recently operated by Cathay Pacific Airways, Hong Kong and will now be leased to Aerolineas for 6 years. ICON selected Monaco based aircraft trading and remarketing specialists Avinco to assist with the deal structuring and delivery of these aircraft to Aerolineas. The first aircraft, MSN 123, was delivered in late December, MSN126 was delivered this month and the third aircraft (MSN128) is due to be delivered in the coming weeks.
