MTU Maintenance Hannover to support Biman's CF6-50 engines

Biman Bangladesh Airlines, the state-owned flag carrier of Bangladesh, will send its CF6-50 engines to MTU Hannover for maintenance. The three-year exclusive agreement involves 12 engines powering Biman’s fleet of DC-10-30s. Biman has been a customer to MTU Maintenance Hannover since 2005 and, more recently, also awarded a contract to repair and overhaul CFM56-7s powering its Boeing 737 fleet.
