ILFC names Hooman Yazhari General Counsel

International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) announced that Hooman Yazhari will join ILFC as General Counsel. Mr. Yazhari will head the company’s global legal team, compliance and regulatory functions and report to ILFC Chief Executive Officer, Henri Courpron.
