Direct Maintenance opens new line station in Zambia

Direct Maintenance has opened its latest line station at Lusaka Kenneth Kuanda Airport, Zambia, three letter code LUN. The new LUN line station is now EASA Part-145 and UAE GCAA certified. Launch customer for Direct Maintenance in Lusaka is Dubai based Emirates, having commenced A330 flights into Lusaka as from February 1st. As part of the arrangement, Direct Maintenance staff will also provide certifying support for Emirates as well in Harare, Zimbabwe (HRE), through riding engineer duties.
