Constant Aviation announces completion of Phenom STC for wireless internet

Constant Aviation, a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility, announced the completion of the Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for the Wi-Fi system along with Aircell’s Gogo Biz In-flight Internet system in a Phenom 300. The completion of this STC marks the first ever for the Phenom 300 and this STC also includes a satellite phone system. Constant Aviation has also completed Supplemental Type Certificate’s (STC) for the installation of Aircell’s Gogo Biz In-flight Internet System including Wi-Fi in the Gulfstream IV, Legacy 600, EMB135 Shuttle and the EMB135LR. Currently the STC’s for the Citation X, Hawker 800A/XP/850XP/900XP, Beechjet 400A/XP and the 737 Business Jet are in the final stages with the FAA pending approval.
