Sabena technics and Afriqiyah Airways develop airframe maintenance cooperation

French independent MRO provider Sabena technics, strengthens its assistance to Afriqiyah Airways, in order to ensure a rapid recovery of Libyan aeronautical transport. Two Afriqiyah Airways A330 landed at Sabena technics’ Bordeaux facilities in the first week of March, for maintenance C checks, modifications & consequent structural repairs. Sabena technics’ cooperation with Afriqiyah Airways was renewed in October 2011 with the support of its Monastir, Tunisia site and French sites in order to ensure that the entire fleet, damaged last year, was reintegrated into service in the most efficient manner.
