Following on from the recent successful supplier approval audit from Boeing at Monarch Aircraft Engineering Limited’s (MAEL) facility at London Luton Airport, the independent aircraft maintenance provider confirmed that it has achieved exceptional audit results from Boeing GoldCare at its engineering facilities at Manchester International Airport. MAEL who are in partnership with Boeing, will provide base maintenance services to support all new 787 Dreamliners as part of the Boeing GoldCare programme.
Commenting on the Boeing audit results, Managing Director of Monarch Aircraft Engineering, Mick Adams said, “As a business partner to Boeing in support of their B787 GoldCare programme achieving supplier approval at both of MAEL heavy maintenance facilities in the UK enables us to offer flexible maintenance solutions in support of the B787 aircraft. This will be invaluable in the future and will ensure that the GoldCare offering is available at two of the UK’s main airport locations.”
