Deucalion Aviation Funds signs lease agreement with Asiana Airlines

The Deucalion Aviation Funds, managed by DVB Bank SE, has entered into a lease agreement with Asiana Airlines for one Boeing 747-400 aircraft which is currently undergoing conversion from passenger to freighter configuration at the IAI Bedek conversion facility. The aircraft , MSN 29375, was manufactured in 1999 and is equipped with four General Electric CF6-80C2B1F engines. The aircraft is scheduled for delivery to Asiana in Q2 2012, following completion of the conversion and fresh airframe D Check. Asiana will lease the aircraft for a period of ten years. Deucalion was advised on the lease by DVB Aviation Asset Management.
