AWAS delivers two Airbus A320 aircraft to IndiGo Airlines

Aircraft lessor AWAS has delivered two new A320-200 passenger aircraft to IndiGo, India’s largest low cost airline. In late 2011 AWAS and IndiGo entered into a purchase and leaseback agreement for four Airbus A320 passenger aircraft that the airline had previously ordered from the manufacturer. The remaining aircraft will be delivered later in the first half of 2012.
