Pacific Aerospace Resources & Technologies (“PART”) announced its agreement with Boeing in terms of its GoldCare program to perform MRO Maintenance Services and Aircraft Transition Services, which includes all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities at PART’s facilities in Victorville, California, USA. Boeing defines all of these services either independently or with its customers. This is in accordance with Boeing’s Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) or Boeing Customer’s Operating Maintenance Manual and PART’s approved Regulatory Manuals. These services will apply to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, the long anticipated 747-8 and all Boeing aircraft included in the Boeing Aircraft Transition Services program. This agreement is for a time span of ten years with an initial five year contract with annual renewal options thereafter.
