Precision Aviation Group of companies goes live with the Pentagon 2000SQL system across multiple company business units. The advanced multi-company features of the Pentagon 2000SQLTM system allow each company unit within the group to manage its unique set of procedures for repair stations, parts distribution and financial operations while providing the consolidations and eliminations necessary at the parent level. With units located across international borders, requirements for multijurisdictional finance and accounting standards are supported, and regulatory support for multiple National Aviation Authorities is maintained from within a single common system. PAG is running all of its companies on a single physical database, but logically they are separated as multiple independent entities. This advanced Pentagon multi-company configuration will allow PAG to centralize its IT operations on a single SQL database. Consolidated financial and operating reports across all companies are built-in and streamline the back office operations.
