CFO Stephan Gemkow to leave Deutsche Lufthansa AG

Stephan Gemkow, Member of the Executive Board and CFO of Deutsche Lufthansa AG since 1 June 2006, has asked the Supervisory Board to terminate his tenure prematurely to allow him to pursue individual career opportunities. Stephan Gemkow’s term on the Lufthansa Executive Board was scheduled to run up to 31 May 2014. A decision on the appointment of his successor at Lufthansa will be announced shortly.
