ATR 42-320 and spare engine sold to Calm Air of Canada

Skyworld Aviation announced the sale of an ex-Olympic ATR 42-320 aircraft (serial number 197, SX-BIC) and spare PW124 engine to Calm Air of Canada. This latest acquisition takes the total fleet of ATR’s to eight aircraft which includes two ATR 72’s. The airline also operates a fleet of Saab 340B’s, Dornier 328 Jets, and HS 748 Cargo aircraft. Calm Air International serves the Northern part of Central Canada, based at Manitoba. The operator was purchased by Exchange Income Corporation (EIC) in 2009 and is one of five Canadian airlines owned by the organisation.
