Southwest Airlines reported May 2012 consolidated traffic results for Southwest Airlines and AirTran. Traffic in May 2012 decreased 2.6% compared to May 2011, while capacity decreased 0.9%. The load factor for May 2012 was 81.3%, compared to 82.7% in May 2011.
