AAR announces Telair’s 200th Airbus cargo system delivery

AAR reported that its Telair cargo systems business has reached a major milestone with the delivery of its 200th Cargo Loading System (CLS) to Airbus. Telair’s advanced CLS is the standard lower deck system for A330/A340-200/300 and A330-200F freighters. Since production started in May 2008, Telair has increased delivery from two-to-three cargo systems per month to six-to-seven systems per month and expects to deliver 10 systems per month by 2014 to keep pace with requirements for anticipated aircraft orders.
