OSyS acquires Superstructure Group

Effective 20^th June, Optimized Systems and Solutions, part of the Rolls-Royce Group, has acquired Superstructure Group, provider of a market-leading AQD aviation safety and risk management software. Superstructure’s AQD software enables airlines, cargo companies, corporate jet and helicopter operators, armed forces and airports to collect, assess and manage risk and compliance data more effectively. They are a market leader, with over 100 customers, including some of the world’s largest airlines.
