Rodolphe Marchais appointed Chairman of the Board and Frederic Denise appointed CEO of Barfield

Rodolphe Marchais has been appointed Chairman and CEO of Sabena technics, assisted in his functions by three Chief Operating Officers, Jean-Luc Fournel, Philippe Rochet and Stéphane Burton, and by Jean-Marc Schaefer, Chief Financial Officer. Regarding Barfield, Sabena technics’ subsidiary in the Americas, Rodolphe Marchais is now Chairman of the Board and has appointed Frederic Denise Chief Executive Officer.
