Pattonair secures major new deal with Airbus

Pattonair, a leading global aerospace and defence supply chain service provider, reported the signing of a major new contract to supply a range of nuts across all Airbus platforms. This is a significant new development for Pattonair, building on the company’s 25 year relationship with Airbus. Under the terms of the seven figure, five year contract, Pattonair will be supplying all Airbus facilities in Europe as well as its EADS sister companies and key sub-contractors. The company will be working with a leading nut manufacturer who have designed a product which delivers a significant weight-saving thereby reducing fuel consumption and enhancing the green credentials of the latest generation of Airbus aircraft.
