REVISA Group completes First Wave Brasil acquisition

Revisa Group continues its expansion plan and finalizes the acquisition of First Wave Brasil, a former subsidiary of First Wave (USA) and one of the leading composite manufacturers providers to the aviation and defense industries, in particular to EMBRAER. With this acquisition, Revisa Group now adds manufacturing business to its already established MRO services thru Revisa Aeronautical Services and CLTOP Engines and Accessories Services.
