LHT signs completion contract for three additional ACJ318 aircraft

Airbus and Lufthansa Technik have signed a contract for the completion of a further three ACJ318s. The contract signature is the latest development in the successful ACJ318 program-partnership between Airbus and Lufthansa Technik which started in 2006. This increases the overall number of Airbus ACJ318 completions at Lufthansa Technik to 22. Of these, 17 ACJ318s have already been outfitted with a VIP-cabin by Lufthansa Technik’s completion experts in Hamburg and at BizJet International, Lufthansa Technik’s US subsidiary based in Tulsa / Oklahoma. From the five remaining ACJ318s, three aircraft are scheduled to arrive at BizJet for completion in 2013, the other two aircraft will be delivered in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
