Urs Breitmeier appointed CEO of RUAG Holding AG

Urs Breitmeier, current Head of RUAG’s Defence Division, is to become the new CEO of RUAG Holding AG. Following a rigorous selection process, the appointment finds the board of directors choosing an internal management candidate who has been with RUAG for eleven years – six of which he has served on the group’s board of management. He will take up his post on April 1st, 2013, by which time his successor at RUAG Defence will have been appointed.
