Monarch Aircraft Engineering wins approval for maintenance station in Warsaw

Monarch Aircraft Engineering (MAEL), has won approval to provide technical support to LOT Polish Airlines’ Boeing 787 Dreamliner, which is the first aircraft of its type to be operated from Europe. MAEL’s engineering team has worked tirelessly over several months to ensure that its new line maintenance facility in Warsaw, Poland is equipped with the appropriate level of Boeing 787 Dreamliner tooling, test and ground support equipment, along with a significant stockholding of line maintenance material. This has resulted in MAEL being awarded EASA part 145 approval to commence operations for LOT Polish Airlines’ new 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
