Aircastle announces proposed private placement of $400m aggregate principal amount of senior notes

Aircastle Limited plans to offer an aggregate of $400m principal amount of its senior notes due 2019. The notes will be offered only to qualified institutional buyers and outside the United States in accordance with Rule 144A and Regulation S, respectively, under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the private placement for general corporate purposes, including the purchase of aviation assets.
