Constant Aviation appoints new Large Fleet Account Manager

Constant Aviation, a maintenance, repair, and overhaul facility, announced Lance Lajara has joined the Constant Aviation team as Large Fleet Account Manager. “Lance brings over 15 years experience in the aviation industry, most recently as the Customer Care Manager with Honeywell. He spent over 10 years with Honeywell in numerous roles covering quality, operations, logistics and customer service. Lance’s primary responsibility will be managing and supporting our large fleet customers. We felt that adding a dedicated account manager who could understand the large fleet operators expectations and processes will provide the best level of service. Lance’s background will allow him to hit the ground running and bring another level of support to these customers. His knowledge of the maintenance requirements and relationships with key customers will help drive our support and service in this area,” said Stephen Maiden, President Constant Aviation.
