Cabot Aviation sells one DHC8-100 to Skytrans

Cabot Aviation announced the sale of DHC8-100, MSN 245, to Skytrans who are based in Cairns, Australia. The aircraft is ex-GMG Airlines (Bangladesh) and Cabot Aviation arranged the transaction. This aircraft was manufactured in 1990 and originally delivered to GMG in 1998. Skytrans now operates a fleet of 14 DHC8 aircraft. Cabot Aviation also sold DHC8-Q300, MSN 464, to Air Inuit in Canada. This aircraft is also ex-GMG and was manufactured in 1998 and originally delivered to GMG in October 2007 in a deal arranged also by Cabot Aviation. In recent weeks in addition to the sale of these two DHC8s Cabot has also sold a B737-400, a BAe 146-200QT and a CFM56-3C1 engine.
