Group of Mexican businessmen purchases significant stake in AEROMEXICO

A group of Mexican businessmen, led by Eduardo Tricio, purchased on the Mexican Stock Exchange shares representing 20.19% of the outstanding shares of AEROMEXICO. With this transaction the group, which invested in the airline since 2007, will increase their holdings. As a result of this transaction, Eduardo Tricio is the only member of the Board of Directors that is a record owner of more than 10% of the shares of AEROMEXICO. Eduardo Tricio will become Chairman of the Board and Valentin Diez-Morodo will be Vice-Chairman.
