GOL takes delivery of sixth 737-800 from AWAS

AWAS has delivered a sixth new Boeing 737-800 passenger aircraft to the largest low cost airline in Latin America, GOL. This aircraft was previously ordered by GOL directly from the manufacturer and is the subject of a purchase and leaseback agreement with AWAS. This B737-800 is the final of a previously announced package of five B737-800s contracted between the parties for purchase and leaseback in March 2011 (the 5th delivery, in August 2012, was part of an incremental PLB transaction.)
