Komy receives order for overhead compartment mirrors from Lufthansa

Komy has received an order for the KomyMirror series of mirrors for cabin overhead compartments from Lufthansa for use on new Boeing 747-8 Intercontinental passenger aircraft. Lufthansa, which has seven aircraft of the 747-8 model on order, already has five of them in operation. Lufthansa decided to install the KomyMirror for the upper deck of the aircraft. The KomyMirror is installed because smaller persons may not be able to see behind the “threshold” of overhead compartments. Lufthansa has installed the KomyMirror for other aircraft such as 757, 737, A319, A320, A321, A330 and A380 since 2011.
