Avinco structures and manages leases for new Aer Arann ATR72-600s

Avinco, the aircraft remarketing and management specialists based in Dublin and Monaco, advised a group of investors on the acquisition and lease of 8 new ATR72-600s. The first aircraft (MSN1083) was delivered in Toulouse on May 3rd and placed on long term lease with Aer Arann, Ireland. The remaining seven aircraft are being delivered from production over the next 10 months or so. The investor group includes Aer Lingus whom Avinco assisted with the commercial and technical negotiation of the new lease as well as purchase agreement. Avinco will manage the aircraft on behalf of the investors during the lease term, effectively doubling its managed portfolio to nearly 20 aircraft.
