AMR Corporation and US Airways announce Senior Leadership team for new American Airlines

AMR Corporation the parent company of American Airlines and US Airways Group announced the senior leadership team responsible for guiding the new American Airlines after the closing of the companies’ expected merger. Tom Horton will serve as Chairman of the Board of the new American Airlines. Doug Parker will serve as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors. The senior leadership team announced includes:
Scott Kirby President; Elise Eberwein, Executive Vice President, People and Communications; Beverly Goulet, Chief Integration Officer; Robert Isom, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of US Airways; Stephen Johnson, Executive Vice President, Corporate Affairs; Derek Kerr Chief Financial Officer; Maya Leibman, Chief Information Officer; William Ris, Senior Vice President, Government Affairs.
