Anssi Komulainen, Head of Customer Service, leaves Finnair

The Head of Customer Service, Anssi Komulainen, has announced he will leave his duties as the head of Customer Service and as a member of Finnair’s Executive and Management Boards on August 31, 2013, and continue as a senior advisor until the end of February, 2014. Komulainen has worked at Finnair since 2001, most recently as Senior Vice President, Customer Service since 2010. Finnair will not recruit a successor for Komulainen, which means that there will be one less member on the Executive Board.
