Spirit AeroSystems (Europe) Aftermarket enters into cooperation agreement with Lufthansa Technik

Spirit AeroSystems ( Europe ) and Lufthansa Technik AG have entered into a multi-year cooperation agreement related to the joint provision of repair, overhaul and supply services for the CFM56-7B and GE90-94/-115 thrust reversers and cowlings operated by Lufthansa Technik’s customers in the Europe , Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. Under this agreement, Lufthansa Technik and Spirit AeroSystems will utilize each other’s repair facilities and capabilities in the EMEA region as well as other support elements for each company’s respective repair and overhaul services. Part of the cooperation is a supply agreement whereby Spirit AeroSystems will supply thrust reverser, fuselage and wing components to Lufthansa Technik.
