STA Systems to be appointed an AgustaWestland Authorized Component Repair Centre

AgustaWestland signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to appoint STA Systems of Singapore, a subsidiary of ST Aerospace, as an Authorized Component Repair Centre for dynamic components of the AW109 range of light twin engine helicopters and the AW139 intermediate twin engine model. STA Systems plans to start operations by mid-2014, performing main and tail rotor component repairs for AW109 Power, Grand, GrandNew and AW139 helicopters across the region.
