Giancarlo Grasso appointed Chairman of Alenia Aermacchi

The Board of Directors of Alenia Aermacchi has taken note of the resignation of Chairman Amedeo Caporaletti and appointed Giancarlo Grasso as the new Chairman. Chairman Giancarlo Grasso will be vested with the power to manage the company’s business strategies, a responsibility he will exercise in coordination with the Chief Executive Officer, withstanding all responsibilities and powers previously and already vested in Giuseppe Giordo.
