Hong Kong Airlines has taken delivery of a new Airbus A320 that is the first aircraft to feature sharklets. The Airline’s sixth A320 arrived at the Hong Kong International Airport on March 26th and will commence service by March 27th. The new all-economy class A320 is configured with 174 seats and will enhance the Airlines’ overall capacity by lifting the fleet size to 23 aircraft. It is also the Airlines’ first 320 aircraft with sharklet wingtip device, which is designed by the manufacturer to enhance fuel saving and improve flight performance.
