Waypoint Leasing signs helicopter leasing transaction with Caverton Helicopters

Waypoint Leasing (Ireland), the independent global helicopter leasing company, has reached an agreement with Caverton Helicopters, a leading provider of aviation and logistics services to local and international oil and gas companies in Nigeria, to lease one new AgustaWestland AW139 and one Bell 412EP, both of which have been delivered to Caverton. The aircraft will operate in Nigeria supporting onshore and offshore oil and gas operations.
