AWAS to acquire portfolio of four narrowbody aircraft from BOC Aviation

AWAS has agreed to acquire a portfolio of four late-model narrowbody passenger aircraft from BOC Aviation; three 737-800s and one A320-200. These aircraft are all subject to long-term leases with their respective airlines. Ray Sisson, President & CEO AWAS commented,  “Acquisitions in the secondary market are a key pillar of AWAS’ growth plan. This is another example of our platform’s success acquiring highly desirable aircraft on lease to globally diverse airlines.”
