Dr. Johannes Bussmann new Chairman of the Lufthansa Technik Executive Board

As of April 1st, 2015, Dr. Johannes Bussmann will become Chairman of the Executive Board of Lufthansa Technik AG, replacing August Wilhelm Henningsen, who is retiring after fourteen years at the helm of the company. Johannes Bussmann, who holds a doctorate in aerospace engineering, has been a member of the Executive Board since September 2012 with responsibility for Human Resources, Engine & VIP Services. He began his career at Lufthansa Technik in 1999 in Product Management and Development. Before being appointed to the Executive Board, he was Senior Vice President Component Services, and most recently, Senior Vice President Engine Services. Antonio Schulthess is the new Chief Executive Human Resources.
