AWAS announces resignation of President and CEO

Ray Sisson has tendered his resignation to the Board, and will leave AWAS on 4th June 2015. Ray Sisson wants to take his career into a different direction, having achieved the business’s goals since he took on the role of President and CEO in 2010. Until the Board appoints a successor for Ray Sisson, senior management will continue to run the business as usual, while Dr. Werner G. Seifert takes on the role of the executive chairman of the Board.
