GECAS orders 60 Airbus A320neo aircraft

GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS), the aviation leasing and financing arm of GE, announced a firm order for 60 Airbus A320neo family aircraft. All of the aircraft will be powered by CFM’s LEAP-1A engines. The agreement was jointly posted by GECAS President and CEO Norman C.T. Liu and Airbus Chief Operating Officer, Customers John Leahy. This new order brings the total number of A320neo aircraft ordered by GECAS to 120.
