Supporting its expanding brokerage business 28 East has reported the delivery of its first aircraft completion project, an Airbus Corporate Jet ACJ319. The green aircraft was completed at the Woensdrecht Fokker Facility in Holland and took just over a year to finish. It was delivered to its home base Munich, in April, where the operator K5-Aviation, which has extensive experience in operating long-range and VVIP large jets, will manage it. Working closely with K5-Aviation, which has previously handled large jet completions, 28 East maximized their joint knowledge to manage the project from inception, and were involved with the pre-purchase selection through to aircraft interior specification and completion. The resulting aircraft is of the highest quality featuring a spacious VVIP cabin with 19 seats, and two bedrooms, one of which leads to an ensuite shower. The bedrooms can also be converted into relaxation areas, when not in use for sleeping. This VVIP airliner ACJ319, is now available for charter too exclusively through 28 East`s sister company Vertis Aviation. This is the fifth aircraft Vertis will market on behalf of the Germany-based operator K5-Aviation. The new aircraft was added to the AOC in April 2015.
