MAC Air Group breaks ground for new FBO

MAC Air Group, the family owned and operated aviation services company took a step forward in the development of its first Fixed Base Operation (FBO) on June 15th as it broke ground at Portland International Jetport. The new 43,000ft² facility – of which 30,000ft² will be dedicated to hangar space – represents an investment of approximately US$6m. It will serve the growing demand from an expanding international and domestic business aviation client base. Completion is scheduled for January 2016. The full service FBO will offer JetA and 100LL fuel. MAC Air Group will also continue to offer maintenance services through its experienced maintenance division.
