AE Industrial Partners completes acquisition of Belcan Corporation

AE Industrial Partners, a private equity investor in aerospace, power generation and specialty industrial companies, has completed its acquisition of Belcan Corporation (“Belcan”), a leading engineering services and technical staffing provider in the aerospace, power generation and industrial markets. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction was previously announced on June 4th, 2015. Concurrent with the closing of the transaction, AEI announced that David H. Rowe, Managing Partner of AEI, has become Chairman of Belcan and Lance H. Kwasniewski, President of Belcan Engineering, has been named Belcan’s Chief Executive Officer.
