Skyworld Aviation arranges ERJ 145 lease extensions

On behalf of Swedish investment firm Cymus Holding AB, Skyworld Aviation has arranged the lease extensions relating to two ERJ 145 EP’s, serial numbers 145169 and 145185, operating with Aerodynamics, based in Atlanta, Georgia. The lease extensions were negotiated with ADI’s new owner, ADI Acquisition, a special purpose company set up by the owners of SeaPort, a regional airline based in Portland, Oregon. SeaPort flies regional routes on the West Coast and in the Southeast and Central Southeast United States and plans to link Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport with Chicago O’Hare as soon as DOT approval is granted.
