STG Aerospace secures FAA STC for liTeMood installation on Boeing 737NG

STG Aerospace, a leader in pioneering aircraft lighting technologies, has secured a FAA Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) for its market leading liTeMood® LED cabin lighting system on the Boeing 737NG. This important milestone forms part of the company’s strategic plan to certify liTeMood for global coverage and was achieved following selection by Miami Air International to retrofit liTeMood on its 737-800 aircraft, after evaluation of all available LED systems in the market. liTeMood is a plug-and-play, programmable, LED cabin lighting system that enables airlines to bring the lighting quality of non-LED equipped aircraft cabins up to a standard comparable with the very latest new aircraft.
